This is perfect for service providers and agencies with small teams of 1-10 people who don’t need a full-time project manager. The team whose current processes for managing work and client projects aren’t working cohesively. And the Founder who just wants to relax and let someone else manage their day-to-day business functions.

  • We'll start the service off with you brain-dumping on a 60-minute call while we plan and set the intention for the next 3+ months. This ensures all goals and deadlines can be met. Includes:

    • Quarterly Project Plan & Strategy: to outline big-picture details, set milestones, and visually organize all the moving parts of your project(s). 

    • All Tasks Managed In Your Project Management Software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Zoho, etc.): outlining task details, due dates, and assignees. (this will be updated throughout the week).

  • You get to relax and focus on CEO stuff while we support your clients throughout the day. Includes:

    • VIP Client Account Management: to onboard and off-board your agency or 1:1 clients and program members, plus answer any questions they may have throughout the duration of their contract.

  • We'll have regular team meetings to share updates & track progress. Outside of team meetings, you and your team will also have ongoing access to your project manager. Includes:

    • 1-2 Team Meetings Per Month: Everyone on the team will be super clear on their to-do list and have the resources they need to get work done on time.

    • Support via Email and Slack during office hours to get immediate questions answered and share feedback.

  • Get all the strategy and prep materials you need to hire your next 1099 contractor quickly. Includes:

    • A Custom Job Description, Job Questionnaire & Interview Strategy to help you attract & find the best-fit candidate(s)

    • Suggested Job Posting Sites to post the role on, so you get a diverse candidate pool.

    • Application Screening. We'll review applications and test project responses, saving you the time and headache of having to sort through resumes.

    • Decision Support. You won't have to choose alone! We'll help you to decide on the best candidate(s) for the role(s).

  • We'll simplify any existing project management systems, set up tech tools like ClickUp or Asana, and troubleshoot as necessary. Includes:

    • Project Management Tech Set-Up & Ongoing Troubleshooting: we’ll automate and organize as much as possible to ensure everyone on the team knows what tasks need to be done. This prevents project tasks from falling through the cracks!

    • General Tech Support: to troubleshoot any existing Zapier zaps, workflows, etc.

  • Any information, proprietary or otherwise, about your business that isn’t known to the public is strictly confidential. Once our time together is up, we delete and unshare all passwords, and ask you to remove our access to your accounts once our time with you is done.

  • It’s when we join your team part-time (and at a fraction of the cost) to ensure day-to-day tasks are getting done in time, manage client onboarding & off-boarding, troubleshoot tech tools & software, and hire + manage the best-fit team members.
