We know hiring a team to clean up the back-end of your business can seem quite disruptive to your daily operations, which is why we’ve made our process as efficient and hands-off as possible, so we’re not adding to the overwhelm.

Systems setup Sprint
This sprint is designed to take the setup of one essential system off your plate. Over 6 weeks, we’ll build or refine a client relationship management tool, a project management tool, or a digital course/coaching program.
SPRINT SCHEDULE:
PHASE 1: SYSTEMS PREP
We’ll have a strategy call to get clear on what’s messy or inefficient in your business. One week later, you’ll receive a detailed plan outlining how we’ll set up systems to help you operate smoother.
PHASE 2: PROCESS & TOOL UPDATES
We’ll set up (or clean up) your CRM (like Dubsado, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, etc.), project management system (like ClickUp, Asana, etc.), or course platform (like Circle, Kajabi, etc.), making sure your tech tools work together and eliminate the need for so much manual work.
This includes automations, and ready-to-use templates built directly into your systems — like email templates, client surveys and questionnaires, team checklists, and other assets to improve your client service delivery and team experience.
PHASE 3: WALKTHROUGH & MINI MANUAL
We’ll have a walkthrough call to show you exactly how everything works, deliver a step-by-step reference guide for you and your team, and 2 weeks of post-setup support via email for any tech questions that come up. So even after the sprint ends, you can keep things running without guesswork or confusion.
Hiring Sprint
This sprint is designed to take hiring off your plate. Over 6 weeks, we’ll help you find and confidently hire the right person for your team, so you can stop wasting hours writing job descriptions, sorting through resumes, and onboarding people who turn out to be the wrong fit.
SPRINT SCHEDULE:
PHASE 1: HIRING PREP
We’ll start by getting crystal clear on who you need, what they’ll be responsible for, and how to evaluate them. You’ll get a custom job description, interview plan, and a pre-hire test project (if needed) to assess their skills. We’ll post the role for you and cover up to $200 in job ads and test project compensation.
PHASE 2: CANDIDATE SOURCING
We’ll review every application that comes in, conduct the preliminary first-round interviews, and administer the pre-hire test projects. You’ll receive up to 4 qualified, aligned finalists plus scorecards that make choosing the right person easy.
PHASE 3: SELECTION & ONBOARDING
We’ll help you make a confident hiring decision, then support you through the first week of onboarding. That includes a hiring decision call to talk through top candidates and 2 weeks of post-hire support via email for any HR or onboarding questions that come up. And if the hire doesn’t work out within the first 45 days? We’ll run a second search at no additional cost.
Team Training Materials Sprint
This sprint is designed to take team training off your plate. Over 6 weeks, we’ll either build a structured onboarding program or document standard operating procedures, so your employees can do their jobs confidently without needing constant direction from you.
SPRINT SCHEDULE
PHASE 1: TRAINING MATERIALS PREP
We’ll meet with you and your team to understand everyone’s roles and responsibilities. One week later, you’ll receive a detailed curriculum plan outlining your onboarding program or the SOPs we’ll create based on what your team needs most.
PHASE 2: TRAINING MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT
From there, we’ll get to work.
✔️ If you choose the onboarding program, we’ll design the slide decks and talking points for up to 4 modules that walk new hires through your company culture, policies, and how things work behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for recording short lesson videos (since you're the expert), and we’ll handle the editing and upload everything into a learning management system your team can easily access.
✔️ If you choose SOPs, we’ll create step-by-step instructions for 3 key roles in your business (like your admin, marketing assistant, or ops lead) so they can hit the ground running without needing to ask you how to do everything.
PHASE 3: WALKTHROUGH
We’ll finish with a live walkthrough call to finalize last-minute edits, so after the sprint ends, you’re set up to train and delegate. You’ll also receive 2 weeks of post-material creation support via email for any questions that come up. .

During the first 2 weeks, you’ll need to share any existing documents, SOPs, or trainings you have (don’t worry if it’s messy or incomplete). Once we start building, you’ll need to review and approve the systems, documents, and tech setups we create.
Most clients spend about 2 to 4 hours per week giving feedback, answering questions, or recording trainings during active phases.

Sometimes we don’t get it right the first time — we’re not perfect! But we want your new hire to be, so we’ll find a better candidate for you if they quit or leave within the first 45 days of us hiring for you.

After compiling your hiring prep documents, advertising the role, screening every application, and conducting up to 5 first-round interviews, then we’ll present the best-qualified candidates to you. This process will take 2-4 weeks.
