We can typically get started within 2-4 weeks after your clarity call — our calendar fills up quickly, so the sooner you reach out the better. Onboarding takes one week. You'll complete a questionnaire, we hop on a kickoff call, and then we create your strategy for the quarter outlining exactly what we'll focus on. Once you approve it, we get to work.

Yes, there’s a 3-month minimum commitment.
Real operational change doesn't happen in 30 days. The first month is spent assessing and building. The second is spent implementing and refining. By the third month, you start to feel the difference. A month-to-month arrangement doesn't give us enough time to build something that actually works, and it doesn't give you enough time to see the results.
After the first 3 months, you’ll have the option to extend your contract for another 3, 6, or 12 months.
